I'm very excited for such a good start, though. It really helps motivate me.
I can't say I was never hungry this week. But, that is really a lack of planning more than a denial of my needs. I decided to do this after I had already been grocery shopping and I didn't have any money left in the budget to go get healthy snacks. So, I had limited options. But, I'm going to buy some great healthy, filling snacks this week. Things like apples and bananas. That way I can grab a zero point snack whenever I'm feeling hungry.

Yay!!!! That's great! You are right that the weight loss will probably slow down. But that's a great start! So don't down play it too much.
