My weight has been a struggle all my life.  I've gone through many ups and downs over the years.  But, at 263 lbs, I knew something had to change!

I've had success in the past with Weight Watchers and know that, if you stick to it, it works!  So, I'm back on the program and, with the help of blogging, I'm working my way to a healthy weight.

I pray that my story can help someone else achieve the goals they never thought possible.  And through it all, I'll be asking for your prayers.  Because, it is only through Christ's strength that I will achieve my goal!

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
