This week is going to be so busy that I don't have time to do much more than throw this week's menu plan up - and a day late, at that! Thankfully, I already had it planned out using the advice of Kate Megill from Teaching What is Good and her new e-book, Cut it Out! How I Feed my Family of 10 for $500 a Month Without Coupons. I also already have all my groceries thanks to my trip to Aldi on Saturday.
With school starting this week, a menu plan is going to be even more important. I won't have time to run to the store if I forgot something!
Once again, I'm linking this up over at I'm an Organizing Junky.
Monday - Beef stew with potatoes and carrots
Tuesday - Chicken & Dumplings
Wednesday - Jambalaya, Bread
Thursday - Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, Salad, Garlic Bread
Friday - Hamburger Helper, Bread
Saturday - Chicken Fried Rice
Sunday - Shake 'n Bake Chicken, Shells & Cheese, Green Beans
My mom would love your meals! And I know how it goes with school starting. Hope your meals turn out well!
